DOL has just released the Form M-1 for MEWAs for the 2012 calendar year. Filings are due by May 1, 2013, with an extension for extraordinary situations. The Form M-1 for 2012 can be accessed here.

DOL has also released the final regulations governing MEWAs, which includes the so-called cease and desist and seizure rules. Those rules will officially drop tomorrow in the Federal Register, but can also be accessed here right now.
